Not a single class begins with flexibility requirements. The bungee harness and rebounder all meet you where you are. Most first-timers say they were laughing too hard to feel embarrassed.

Our bungee equipment is rigorously rated for a wide range of body types. Our instructors will fit and adjust everything before you begin. You'll feel supported — literally. The current weight limit for each bungee is 220 lbs.

You'll leave sweaty. Every time. The bungee class combines cardio, core, and strength — it just doesn't feel like punishment while it's happening.

Low-impact is the whole point. Bungee-assisted movement actually reduces the load on joints while you move. Rebounding is one of the gentlest cardio formats available. Always consult your doctor for specific conditions.
